Your birthday, however, is an excuse to put up feet, pause the routine activities, take a break from adulting for a day, and make memories.
Your birthday is a special occasion, and this is important enough to book a professional portrait session and feel like a star.
HOW IT WORKS
1 – READY TO BOOK:
For this session we've got 4 different packages to choose from.
Book here online using the book now button on any of the packages listed below to secure a spot for your photoshoot appointment.
2 – AFTER YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED:
You will receive a questionnaire form from us to discuss all your requirements, (E.g) Themes, preferred set-up.
3 – YOUR PHOTO SHOOT:
You show up to your session as planned with hair and makeup ready !
There is nothing worse than feeling awkward when you have your photos taken. To make sure this doesn’t happen all our photographers adopt a friendly and easy going approach to make you feel at ease as soon as you step through our door.
We will capture a variety of natural pictures for you, with different backdrops, lighting techniques and posing props – you will be spoilt for choice.
4 – YOUR PHOTO REVEAL:
Next working day after the session, you will be able to preview your pictures through an online gallery created for you personally and step guide for you select and decided your favourites pictures you will love for processing.
5 – DELIVERY OF EDITED IMAGES:
6-7 working days after your preferred images selection you will receive your high-resolution edited images in the same gallery created for you and your pictures will be ready for download and personal use on your social platforms or printing purpose.

FAQ
what is the turnaround time on this session ?
Our usual turn around is (6-7 working days) An expedited option (4-5 working days) is available for an additional fee.
Does this packages include a makeup artist ?
No it does not but Make-up artist can be arranged for you after your booking confirmation at an additional cost depending on the makeup artist charges.
Do i have to pay for props or additional cost for custom creative session ?
We do have an array of props in our studio that you can use at no additional cost. If you don’t see the prop(s) you need in our inventory, you will need to inform us in advance for us to make the order which might attract additional cost for the extra-time outside your selected session package, We do have a special package for creative custom session and that must be discussed with us prior to your your session date after your booking date has been confirmed.
What if I do not want my photos to be shared online?
Don't worry, please just make this known to us on the day of your session or Mark "Not to be published" on your questionnaire during your booking process if you do not want any images available publicly online.
Also if you change your mind, you can let us know by emailing us or contacting us via our whatsapp line.
I’m nervous I never did a photo-shoot before ?
Most of our clients never did a photo-shoot before and that's ok !
Whatever your age, your size, we will take care of you, so don’t worry, you have nothing to do except relax and enjoy session.
Trust our photographer/creative director on-site will guide you for all the poses and expressions throughout the shoot
The goal is to have beautiful photos to keep forever and also to have a great time for yourself.
I still want to look myself not to look someone else !
Absolutely that's fine! you can send us any inspiration image that you like, we can create any style: natural, smoky.
We have eyelashes too.
Our retouching process is done to keep your natural look, you can see the details of the skin without any blemishing or redness
Avoid any procedure on your skin for a few days before the shoot.
You can be tan or not, both works, it’s just a personal choice.
Can I bring someone to my shoot appointment?
Definitely, you can bring your best friend or any member of your family. It’s always fun to have them around during the shoot session.
Can i arrive early for my shoot appointment ?
Absolutely ! If you are getting your make-up done in our studio, provided the notice has been given to us after your booking confirmation with us and that will depend on how busy the studio space is at the time you intend to arrive at the studio.
Can i bring my own props or custom creative set?
-Of course! You are more than welcome to bring whatever you like.
How long do you save the images for?
-We will save your retouched images for a 6 Months and original non-edited images for maximum of 2 years.
We recommend you to download and save the edited version on your computer or a flash drive.
I'm running late, can i still show up?
-Give us a call to let us know how late you are running but nothing less than 10 mins, Determination of this will be made based on the appointments schedule for that day and availability.
Do keep in mind that we always busy and alway work with time and might have another session after yours.
Additional charge will be apply on this basis or we can work with rest of the available time on your scheduled appointment.
Does arriving late to my appointment interfere with my session time?
To ensure that every appointment begins on time, please know that late arrivals & "prep time" in the dressing room, will count against your session time, in order for the sessions after yours to begin on time. We recommend that you reserve a session with the amount of time that can accommodate your expectations for your session.
