This whole process can be overwhelming and confusing, however it is our job as your

wedding photographer to take away some of that pressure.

We know you have your own values and vision of the day, so let us help you relax, Feel calm and

confident that your wedding will be all your own, and you will get great photos at the end of it to treasure forever.

We believe your wedding photos should go deeper than simple snapshots. They should make you feel emotions every time you view them. All of the excitement, the energy & love surrounding you should be present, allowing you to relive your day. That is the power of honest, meaningful wedding photography.


How it works:


1. Schedule a phone / video call witH US or visit our studio for in-person consultation.

We’ll chat about what you would like your photos and your overall experience to be like. It’s super important to us that our style & approach align with your vision and desires.

2. Select a package THAT SUIT YOU BEST.


3. Sign a contract and pay a retainer to lock in your date on our calendar.


4. Get married!


FREQUENT QUESTIONS REGARDING OUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE

Where are you based ?

We are based in South Dublin County covering the whole of Ireland and the rest of the world.

How many photographer do you bring to a wedding ?

All our wedding packages comes with just one photographer,
We always ensure we have at least two photographers to document your day.
Usually, one photographer photographs the bride and the other takes photographs of the groom. Two is our standard.
When we have guests of over 700, we advise couples to pay for an extra photographer from us. That would ensure all the guests are properly photographed. When it comes to comprehensively covering your wedding, that's our forte!

Do you charge for travel ?

Yes, we do charge for travel cost for a ceremony outside Dublin and that may vary depending on the location and it's not included in the service cost.

What's next after booking confirmation ?

We arrange an appointment for you to come down to our studio or schedule zoom video call to run through the schedule of the day and your requirements for the day.

What happens if you, US ! the photographer, have to cancel ?

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we've partnered with some professional freelancer photographer who doesn't work within our organisation and we will do our utmost to find a replacement photographer who shoots in a similar style to us, however, if this is not possible or not acceptable to you, we will give you a full refund of the payment already paid and cancel any outstanding balance.

We know that the weather can’t be control, but will we still get some nice photos if the weather is poor?

It’s very rare that it rains the whole day, so we can work with couples outside when it’s dry and indoors when the weather is against us. we also bring a large, battery-operated, studio light which gives plenty of light if natural light is low.

Can our guests take photographs ?

Yes they can ! and with this option, we usually recommend client to add additional photographer to their package at the time of booking because the main photographer from us will be more focused on the couple to capture every bit of their moment on the wedding day or alternatively the ceremony coordinator has to arrange a special moment for guest to have their personal pictures captured at the front of the hall with pre-allocated duration.

What is your refund and cancellation policy ?

Best & fast way to communicate with us ?

Email is always the best and we can respond later if we are in the middle of a shoot session or attending to another client in the studio.

How do you store our images and for how long ?

We store securely your digital images for 3 years.

Will you use any of our images on your website and social media ?

Yes we do because It’s very helpful for other couples to see recent photographs, so we use a few selections from some of our wedding day shoots but you can inform us at the time of booking if you don't want your images to be published on our website or social media page.

What can we do with our images. Can we share and print etc ?

we give our non-exclusive license to use your images for your own personal use, which includes digital sharing and traditional print. In the unlikely event that you would like to use one or more of your photographs for commercial purposes or printing outside our studio as we also offer digital printing services, please contact us as this kind of images will require non-watermarked.

How long will it take for us to receive our retouched images & wedding accessorieses after the wedding ?

Previews / highlight will be shared with you 1 week after the ceremony and all retouched images are hand finished 3 weeks after (sooner if time permits) through online gallery.
Upon final approval of album designs, most albums are ready for delivery within 5-6 weeks.

Do you use a contract ?

Yes, a formal agreement helps everyone to understand what is expected of each party.

How do we get our images ?

Through private secured online gallery which you share via any social media platform and with your family & friends.

Are you insured ?

Yes, we are insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity and can provide a copy of the policy if you would like one.

We would like photographs of both the bride and groom getting ready, can you do this ?

Yes, it’s certainly possible and depends upon where, geographically, everyone is. If the logistics make things difficult we may need a second photographer and would quote for that separately.

The photography packages don’t really meet what we need. Can we add an extra hour or two?

Yes you can. It costs €100 per hour, which covers time on the day and additional editing time.

Our wedding day will be 2 days event, do you have a customised wedding package or how do we go about it ?

Yes we do customised wedding packages, for 2 days event ! You will need to choose 2 different wedding packages and you will get 15% off on the total cost.

How do you safeguard against technical failure on our wedding day ?

we usually take a minimum of two camera bodies and a selection of lenses and storage cards to every wedding.
Our cameras comes with 2 memory cards which allow us to make ‘carbon copies’ of every shot. All of which means that there is back up kit on hand should the worst happen.

What if we want to order extra prints? How does that work?

All our wedding packages comes with digital print with frame but if you do need additional prints !
As you know we do offer Photographic digital printing services in our studio, you can order extra prints directly through your online gallery by creating a favourite list with your desire images for printing and title it "PRINT ORDER"
Then share with us in an email with your chosen size.
Alternatively, since you'll have all your digital files on a thumb drive you can also order prints at any printing lab you choose.
