Who owns the copyright of the pictures taken ?

Copyright in photography means that you own an image you created following (IRISH COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS ACT, 2000) which state that a creator owns the copyright till 70 years after his or her death.
Copyright laws gives us the photographers exclusive rights to photos we captured, and once you( The client) paid for the photo you're only being granted a limited usage license from the photographer.
That being said, "We as a photographer are not also allow to use any of your image if it is marked (Yes) on our questionnaire during your booking process with us.

Be aware that we may like to feature some of our favorite images from your event or portrait session on our website or social media page. However, we realize there are times when you (The Client) want privacy or the images may not be appropriate to share, and for this reason, we are flexible on ownership and use of images.

DO YOU TRAVEL TO OTHER COUNTRIES ?

Yes we do ! At the expense of the client who will make provision for the accommodation and flight arrangements.

I REALLY ENJOYED MY SESSION. CAN I BUY A PACKAGE AS A GIFT FOR A FRIEND OR FAMILY?

Absolutely yes! Just let us know who the session is for !
You can purchase our gift card online from our website or in the studio directly and inform them to fill in our referral form to benefit our 'Referral Programme credit.

Do you take portrait session bookings outside your working hours?

Yes we sometimes depending on the availability of any of our in-house photographers,
You will need to contact us at the studio if you need to schedule an appointment outside of our business hours.

When is the best time to book for a portrait session ?

Do you accommodate last minute portrait session requests?

Whenever possible, yes, but we can’t guarantee we will be available last minute.

Can i get the raw version of my portrait session?

Unfortunately we don't give out raw version.

Can I bring my own props for my portrait session?

Yes, bring anything you’d like! Items from a sport you play, instruments, uniforms, pets, are welcome to make your pictures an individualised portrait of what is important to you.

Are our photos watermarked?

Yes they are

Can we see all the outtakes and the images that didn't make the "final cut"?

The proof images delivered to you are very loosely edited, taking out only eyes-closed, flash-didn't-fire, person-walked-in-front-of-the-lens true outtakes. If there are a handful of images of you together with a friend laughing, for example, we are going to include everything that isn't an absolute duplicate and so forth.
The images not selected aren't archived and therefore aren't available.

If we're running late for our portrait session or arriving late to event venue, will you stay later than scheduled?"

We work with time in all cases but surely we do have an overtime rate and it goes into effect only with your permission and approval upon your arrival that we continue our service with you as scheduled and we will invoice you for the overtime payment.

Do you offer any discounts or specials?

Yes but occasionally discounts & special offers are available but are based on time of year.
We understand there are newer photographers that might offer less expensive options, along with less experience. We do not compete with new photographers. We stand behind our work, experience, and products and have accounted for this in our pricing. For this reason, we can only guaranty discounts only during our promotional period.
So we do not offer any kind of reductions on any of our services.

Can I cancel a portrait session or any other photography service I’ve already booked?

Once a booking has been made , we reserve the photographer’s time and do not accept another booking for that specific date & time. So If you cancel your booking with us, then your will loose your 30% online retainer (non refundable).
You can reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booking date. We hope this will give you the peace of mind to pre-book your session.

Do you do video too?

At the moment, we don't do videos. However, we have experienced videographers whom we have worked with in the past that we can recommend.

HOW CAN YOU ENSURE I'LL BE HAPPY WITH MY IMAGES?

Most clients are normally unsure about whether they’ll be able to achieve fantastic looking images they can be proud of, especially if they’ve had poor quality images taken before. We’ve had a lot of experience working with a whole range of different clients over the years and know how to put them at ease through communication and guidance to deliver on their goals.

Are you able to photograph someone with special needs? Can you photograph someone in a wheel chair? in your studio ?

Absolutely. There is plenty of space in our shooting area to accommodate wheelchairs and if you choose an outdoor session, we'll make sure it is wheelchair accessible. If you are bringing in someone with special needs, please let us know what they are and we will make sure to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Feel free to let us know if there are any light or sound sensitivity issues and if there is anything we can do to make the shoot more comfortable.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured with both comprehensive cover and public liability insurance.

DO YOU DO MY HAIR AND MAKEUP?

We do not offer hair and makeup, so we suggest that you prepare yourselves at home before arriving at the studio. However we strongly suggest bringing along make-up artist / stylist or tools for an extra touch up before and during the photoshoot to make us of our provided space for that.
