With today’s social media and our online presence, we believe headshot session are essentially needed more than ever to be seen in the best possible light.
This session usually take place in our studio but can also take place at your own location.

2 – AFTER YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED:
We will contact you to discuss all your requirements, (E.g) preffered set-up.
3 – YOUR PHOTO SHOOT:
You show up to your session appointment as planned with outfits, hair and makeup ready !
There is nothing worse than feeling awkward when you have your photos taken. To make sure this doesn’t happen all our photographers adopt a friendly and easy going approach to make you feel at ease as soon as you step through our door. We will capture a variety of natural pictures for you, with different backdrops, lighting techniques and props.
4 – YOUR PHOTO REVEAL:
Next working day after the session, you will be able to preview your pictures through an online gallery created for you personally and step guide for you select and decided your favourites pictures you will love for processing.
5 – DELIVERY OF EDITED IMAGES:
3-5 working days after your preferred images selection you will receive your high-resolution edited images in the same gallery created for you and your pictures will be ready for download and personal use on your social platforms or printing purpose.

What is the turn around time for delivery of edited images
Our usual turn around is (3-5) working days. An expedited option of 2 working days is available upon request for an additional fee.
DOES THE SESSION PACKAGE INCLUDE MAKE-UP ARTIST ?
No it does not but a Make-up artist can be arranged for you after your booking confirmation at an additional cost depending on the makeup artist call out fees and this must be schedule minimum of 1 hour before your scheduled appointment depending on the availability before your scheduled appointment and next appointment after yours.
I don't feel photogenic ! How can you help?
We believe everyone is photogenic.
Our skill, expertise and down-to-earth approach will totally put you at ease. Combined with our simple posing, our knowledge of lighting and familiarity with different environmental shoot, we’ve all the right ingredients to help make you feel a million dollars during your shoot session.
I'm running late, can i still meet up?
-Give us a call to let us know how late you are running, a determination will be made based on the appointments schedule for that day and availability.
Do keep in mind that we always busy and alway work with time.
What if I do not want my photos to be shared online?
Don't worry, please just make this known to us on the day of your session or Mark "No" on your questionnaire during your booking process if you do not want any images available publicly online.
Also if you change your mind, you can let us know by emailing us or contacting us via our whatsapp line.
What are backgrounds options for in-studio session or environmental session?
All sessions for headshot are shot on a pure white / grey background. If you desire a different color or a more natural looking environment, our background enhancements are location based sessions will attract additional cost. please discuss this with us at the time of your consultation with us.
What is the difference between corporate headshot & business portrait?
Corporate headshots are typically shot from the chest up on a backdrop with studio lighting. Business portraits or executive portraits are often ¾ body and can be done either in-studio, your business premises or outdoors with natural lighting.
Do i get raw images?
We do not distribute raw files in order to maintain quality control of our images, however, your images will be largely un-retouched with the exception of some light color correction and cropping.
what's included in the retouching of this type of session?
Retouching includes minor fixes to any fly-away hairs, lightly brightening eyes and teeth, subtly making the skin smoother, or removing small blemishes.
Retouch plus includes all of the above at a higher level as well as removing glasses glare removal and softening wrinkles.
Any extreme requests are subject to a higher fee.
