With the goal of removing limitations on creativity, we offer our studio space for hire to other creatives and content creators. Our studio is perfectly suited for all kinds of shoots — without breaking the bank.

FAQ
What's the parking situation like ?
We've got 4 designated packing space for our unit.
Upon Entry into the business pack, look for a sign on the floor that says "C69" to park and then coming into the studio to pick up the parking permit for your car.
What's included with the studio space rental?
Renting our studio space comes with the usage of plain backgrounds and Standard Lighting & Shooting equipments list above.
Full use of the shooting area including 3 strobes, light triggers, lighting modifiers, light stands, plain colour seamless backdrops, and common area plus some of but not all the studio features listed above.
Can I tour the space before I book time?
Sure! We are happy to show off the studio space. Get in touch and we can schedule a time.
How many people can I bring to the studio with me?
We have a limit of 10 people for studio space renter and restricted to just one client and family with our in-house photographers
Can i show up early to set up for my shoot.
We do encourage you to show up fifteen minutes prior to your shoot. However, the shooting area may be occupied by another renter or our own photographer up until your start time. If this is the case, you will need to wait in our reception area until your set reservation time to enter the shooting area.
Do the studio have access to the toilet ?
Yes! Our studio has access to a toilet but not within the building just downstairs and in another building facing the main entrances into the business park.
Is any types a shoot allowed in your studio ?
Yes ! All types of shoot are welcome in our studio.
Can I bring my own lights & shooting equipements ?
Sure, you can bring whatever you need to make your shoot successful.
You will need to give us the details of what lighting or equipments you will be bringing in or list them out during your studio space reservation.
I am not very familiar with studio lights. Will someone be in the studio to help me set up or show me?
Of course we are doing our best to help you troubleshoot during your sessions! Although, there is no guarantee that our staff member will have time to explain to you how everything works.
We do offer private workshops that you can schedule with our team member to teach you how to use studio lights.

What if I notice damage when i get into the shooting area before starting my shoot session?
Let us know right away! We’d hate for you to be held responsible for something damaged by another client but we do have a live CCTV camera in place 24 hours ! No worries !!
Looking to do themed custom creative shoot ! Can i make use of the studio in-photographers set-up or personalised creative sets
Unfortunately we don't provide custom set-up for studio space rental. You will need to bring in your own props if you are looking to do a specific creative shoot. We only provide standard lighting equipments with just plain colour backgrounds and posing props.
